Kindergarten Enrolment

Kindergarten enrolments are now open. If your child will be attending Lansvale Public School next year, please complete the online enrolment application. Enrolments must be submitted in order for your child to participate in the Kindergarten orientation program in Term 4.

Enrolment Form

The Department  online enrolment application  must be completed by parents/carers. The following documentation needs to be attached to the online enrolment form:

• Proof of Australian Citizenship, student Birth Certificate/Passport, or visa documents

• Proof of residential address - 100 Point Residential Check

• Australian Immunisation History Statement: A child without an Immunisation History Statement will not be prevented from enrolling. Under the NSW Public Health Act, however, children without proof of immunisation may be asked by Public Health Officials to stay at home during an outbreak of vaccine preventable disease.

• Copies of any family law or other relevant court orders

• Copies of medical/healthcare or emergency action plans

• If your child has health, learning challenges or other support needs you will need to provide the relevant documentation.
